Our virtual consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss your project’s feasibility and openly talk about your budget. We’ll explore design options, assess your space, and provide expert advice to ensure your vision is both achievable and within reach. Photos of your current space (required) and any inspiration pictures are encouraged!

During the site visit, we’ll assess your space to discuss layout, elevations, and the full range of possibilities for your project. We’ll work together to explore design options and ensure your ideas align with the space's potential.

Using the information gathered during previous steps, we’ll begin designing your outdoor project to fit your vision and space. A selection meeting may be necessary to finalize design details, ensuring everything is perfect. To help you visualize the outcome, we offer 3D renderings that bring your ideas to life before construction begins.

Following our open conversations about budget, the proposal is designed to align with your goals while remaining flexible. This allows us to fine-tune the project as needed to meet your vision. While deposits are required to begin work, the percentage breakdown will vary from job to job, ensuring a tailored approach to your project’s scope and timeline. Once proposal is accepted, payment schedule and construction timelines will be set.

The pre-construction meeting is where we review the layout, design, and elevations to ensure everything is in line with your vision. This is your opportunity to make any final changes before work begins. Please note, change orders during construction may incur additional charges, so we’ll work together to confirm all details beforehand to avoid surprises. Customer will also be set up within our portal to follow the job on a daily basis. 

During the construction phase, we focus on delivering high-quality results while maintaining open communication every step of the way. Our team performs regular quality checks to ensure every detail is up to standard. We keep you informed with check-ins throughout the project, making sure any questions or adjustments are addressed promptly so you’re always in the loop.
